You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, notify us at jesper@stereotypehifi.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw, before the 14-day period expires. You may use this standard withdrawal form, but you are not required to do so — any clear statement is sufficient.

After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the products. They must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition in which you received them. You bear the direct cost of return shipping. You are liable for any reduction in the value of the products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

We will refund the full purchase price, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the returned products, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

This right of withdrawal does not affect your separate statutory right of complaint (reklamationsret) under Danish law, which gives you 2 years to report a fault that is not caused by misuse, wear and tear, or accidental damage.
