Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all purchases made on stereotypehifi.com. Please read them carefully. By placing an order, you confirm that you accept these terms.

Prices and payment 
All prices on stereotypehifi.com are shown in DKK or EUR depending on your location and include VAT. Shipping costs, if any, are shown before checkout. We accept payment by major credit cards and other methods listed at checkout. Your card is charged when the order is placed. The expected shipping time for the current batch is stated on the product page and in your order confirmation.

Order confirmation
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation by email. The purchase agreement between you and Stereotype hi-fi ApS is binding once you receive this confirmation. If a product turns out to be unavailable or was listed with an obvious error in price or description, we will contact you as soon as possible and refund any amount charged in full.

Delivery
Expected delivery times are stated on each product page. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on stock and shipping destination. We currently ship within the EU. For other destinations, please contact us. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the products are delivered.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the products, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, send a clear statement of your decision to withdraw to jesper@stereotypehifi.com before the 14-day period expires. You may use this standard withdrawal form, but you are not required to do so.

After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the products. You must return them in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them. You bear the direct cost of returning the products to us.

We will refund the purchase price, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the returned products, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard option, we refund only the cost of the standard option. Where applicable, we may deduct an amount reflecting any reduction in the products' value as described below.

You are liable for any reduction in the value of the products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Warranty
In accordance with Danish law (købeloven), you have a 2-year right of complaint (reklamationsret) on all products. If a product develops a fault within this period that is not caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage, we will repair or replace it free of charge. To make a warranty claim, contact jesper@stereotypehifi.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Force majeure
Stereotype hi-fi ApS is not liable for delays or failure to perform under these terms caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, supplier failures, or interruptions to electricity, internet, or telecommunications.

Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Danish law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you reside. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at jesper@stereotypehifi.com — we will do our best to resolve it. If we cannot find a solution, you can file a complaint with Center for Klageløsning, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark, via naevneneshus.dk.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on stereotypehifi.com at the time you place your order is the version that applies to your purchase.
